Booking Policy

Bookings are secured with a 10% deposit (this may be calculated from an estimated invoice).  If a booking is made less than a month before the event, the full balance will be asked for to confirm the booking.  The balance will be due two months before your event, unless a shorter date is given during the menu develpement.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of the deposit will be made if the event is cancelled two months or more before the event.  After full payment, in the event of cancellation, the total amount minus the deposit will be made up until one month before the event. If the catering is cancelled between one week and a month before the event, a refund of 60% of the full invoice will be made.  If the catering is cancelled after 7 days before the event, a refund of 30% of the full invoice will be made.
