Our current courses….

Our cookery school opened in May 2018.  Please email us to enquire about a course via our contact page.  We can take up to 4 students on each course, and we like to arrange with you dates that suit us both. We will get back to you within 48 hours to start making arrangements.

We can also arrange to send vouchers as presents, for full or part payment of a course.

Students’ “basic cooking for a healthy and affordable diet”. For 18 – 21 year olds who are leaving for university or just to live by themselves… Or, for someone who is really not confident at all in the kitchen.  This course covers the basics to eat an easy, affordable and healthy diet.

The Menu

3 meals from mirpoix (onion, carrot & celery) with minced meat or vegetables.  Examples are bolognese and chilli.

How to get 8 meals from a chicken

Egg dishes – omelettes to scrambled and tortillas

Skills you will learn

Alongside some basic knife & cooking skills, you will get tips on where and how to shop for good quality ingredients at affordable prices, and how to cook and store food safely.
